Palettely is an AI-assisted pixel art and palette creation platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you create, edit, publish, like, collect, or browse works on Palettely.
We use information to operate Palettely, save and publish your works, support community features, improve generation and editing quality, prevent abuse, maintain security, and respond to support requests.
Public works, public profile details, likes, collections, and comments may be visible to other users. We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us host, authenticate, analyze, secure, or operate Palettely, and when required by law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. No internet service is perfectly secure, so you should protect your account credentials and avoid publishing private or sensitive information in public works or comments.
We may update this policy as Palettely evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

Umami is off until you choose “Allow optional analytics”. Your choice is stored in this browser. Use “Optional Umami preferences” to turn it off at any time. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, and the Umami opt-out setting are respected. Existing analytics providers and preferences remain unchanged.
With permission, Palettely sends visits to a fixed list of public pages and successful local image conversions, export starts and clipboard copies to https://stats.agenlify.com. Exports measure a download being started, not proof that a file was saved. Data is limited to approved page paths, the fixed title “Palettely”, approved campaign tags, approved referrer origins, coarse browser/device information and fixed tool/export-format labels. The service receives connection information such as IP address and user agent to process requests.
Umami does not receive artwork, image contents, prompts, filenames, emails, free-form search terms, user IDs, arbitrary URL queries or hashes. Private, account and unapproved dynamic pages, development hosts and previews are excluded. Blocking analytics does not prevent local conversion or exports.
